Preventative Maintenance
Your furnace and air conditioner need a thorough yearly inspection and cleaning to keep them in tip top shape. With Colorado temperatures sometimes reaching below 0 degrees in the Winter and 99+ in the Summer months, it's not uncommon to have 35+ degree swings in outside ambient temperatures in a single day. Trust our experts to perform a Triple Point Service on your system to ensure proper operation and give you peace of mind to keep you comfortable through the sweltering hot days of July and those long cold nights in January. Rest assured, we also offer a $209 TPS Service agreement that handles both services listed below, includes 10% off repairs and offers big discounts on IAQ and equipment installations.

*Rarely, some condensing units will need a chemical detergent applied in order to be thoroughly cleaned, especially if the system has never been serviced. "Spine Fin" style coils in particular are excellent candidates for this extra care and attention. Nu-Brite or similar cleaning treatment is an additional charge if such service is recommended by the technician and authorized by the homeowner.
